Just when you think you have heard everything, there comes an employee who proves you wrong.

I had an employee whose cash at the end of the day did not appear to match what Tan-Link was showing she should have. After much investigation to figure out why we were short on cash, the store manager was called to find the missing cash.

Turns out the employee was not counting the change we had in the box, only the bills. When asked why she wasn’t counting the coins, her response was “Oh those are coins, its not cash”.
