To set up this integration, follow these steps:

Create a Basecamp Project

Set up a project in Basecamp where Tan-Link will add to-dos.

Add Tan-Link as a Project Member

Invite ‘Tan-Link Automated’ with the email noreply@tan-link.com to your Basecamp project.

Authorize the Integration

In Tan-Link, navigate to
General Settings > Features > Setup Basecamp, and authorize the Basecamp app using your salon’s information.

Configure Notifications

Select the Basecamp project, to-do list, and assign tasks to team members within Tan-Link.

Export Customer Data

In Tan-Link, export the necessary customer information, such as names and email addresses. If additional details are required, you can add fields like store location, account creation date, birthday, and cellphone number.

Import into Mailchimp

Import the exported list into your Mailchimp audience. Mailchimp will identify duplicate emails and provide options to skip them, ensuring a clean import process.

Connect Tan-Link to Mailchimp

Obtain your Mailchimp Audience ID (also known as List ID) by navigating to Audience > Settings > Audience name and defaults in Mailchimp. Copy this ID into the Mailchimp List ID option in Tan-Link.

Verify Integration

Create a new customer account in Tan-Link and confirm that the information appears in your Mailchimp audience, verifying the integration is functioning correctly.

Connect your SIP-compatible phone to the internet router and computer as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the phone is powered on and connected to the network.

IP Address Retrieval

Obtain the phone’s IP address by accessing the settings menu on the device. This information is necessary for the integration process.

Contact Support

Provide the retrieved IP address to Tan-Link support to complete the SIP phone IP setup.

Configure Call Center Settings
